Can bacteria become resistant to hypochlorous acid?

The free available chlorine in hypochlorous acid has a non-specific / non-discriminatory effect which completely destroys the bacteria, therefore bacteria cannot develop a resistance to hypochlorous acid.

Hypochlorous acid is non-toxic, skin-safe and no PPE required.
